Personal information we collect

Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual pages you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and how you interact with the Site. When you register your academy or a student enrolls through the platform, we collect information such as name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, billing details, and any other relevant data necessary to manage the academy and process payments.

- Screen for potential fraud or risks
- Provide you with information or promotions related to our services, when aligned with your preferences

Sharing your personal information
We share your Personal Information with trusted third-party service providers to help us operate effectively:
- Zoom, to host and authenticate live virtual classes
- WhatsApp Business (Meta), to deliver OTP login and class notifications
- SMS gateway providers, for backup notifications
- Payment gateways such as PayHere / Sampath, to process student fee payments
Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, including under GDPR:

Do not track
Please note, we do not alter our Site's data collection practices when we detect a "Do Not Track" signal from your browser.
Data retention
We retain academy and student records for as long as your subscription is active. If you end your subscription, contact us to arrange an export or deletion of your data.
Students under 18
AxoClass is used by tutoring academies whose students are commonly minors. Academies are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental or guardian consent for student registration in line with their own policies and applicable law. We recommend academies involve a parent or guardian in account creation for students under 18.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
